WEATHER UPDATE Jan 29th 12:00 pm: Due to current weather predictions and to ensure the safety of our participants, all Carolina Region one-day tournaments have been canceled for the weekend. Club Directors will receive information directly about how to use tournament entry credits or request a refund. Thanks for your patience as we waited for a more accurate forecast! We hope everyone stays safe and warm during this extreme weather event!
NOTE: The Carolina Region main website (carolinaregionvb.org) has corrupted plugins. We are unable to update the site at this time. Several pages, including the FAQ, are not working or the display is off. We are working on a smaller, replacement site right now and hope to publish it soon with a full, redesign to follow next season. In the meantime, use the AI Chatbot at the site which is still working to ask common questions about tournaments (it's answers are based on our earlier FAQ and updated by staff the more people ask questions).
All CR one-day tournaments assigned on this Tournament System start play at 9:00 am with a required Coaches' Meeting at 8:30 am. Contact the Tournament Director for general questions about their facility not covered in the Site notes below.
Teams listed in RED (before pools are posted) may be in danger of not getting into the tournament. Look at the table at the top with total courts needed and total courts that have been requested to get a better idea of wait list possibilities. If we have more courts available than we need, then we can make many manual adjustments to get as many RED teams in as possible.

UPDATE:There will be a $5 admissions fee and a $2 Parking fee for ALL non participants 11 years & older. CASH ONLY please - there will be an additional service fee if paying by credit card. The parking fee is being collected with admissions when you enter the facility. This change is to aid with flow into the parking lot and removes staff from needing to be outside during low temperatures.
For GPS apps, use Truist Soccer Park as destination, follow green Rise signs for parking.
Seating:
- Bleacher seating available - bleacher backs are permissible.
- NO outside chairs allowed inside
Food/Drink:
- Full concessions sold on site
- Outside food not allowed inside facility
- Water and sports drinks only allowed at benches
- Cooking devices not allowed inside facility, this includes Crockpots and electric grills
- Tailgating tables not allowed inside facility
- Coolers of any kind not allowed inside facility
- "Tailgating" in parking lot is allowed, please clean-up after your group. Trash cans located at front of building
